<p>What would you like to change about yourself and why?</p>
<p>Rate yourself according to each of the following statements.  Be as honest as possible.</p>

<p>Interpreting the Results</p>
<p>If you score was:</p>
<p>41-50: <span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Congratulations! You are virtually free from the fear of rejection.  You have a healthy view of yourself as accepted and loved by God.</p>
<p>25-40:<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Good! You have a very small fear of rejection.  It may be only certain situations that cause you trouble.  However, it is likely that a good number of your decisions are made to minimize our chance of being rejected.  Remember that true acceptance comes from God, not friends or parents.</p>
<p>15-24:<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>You have a high fear of rejection.  Your emotional lows will almost always be a result of your fear of rejection, or the belief that you have already been rejected in some way.  Nearly all of your decisions are designed to help you win the approval of others.</p>
<p>0-14:<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>You have an overwhelming fear of rejection.  Experiences of rejection fill your memories.  You probably have feelings of depression often.  If this is the case, you should talk to a parent or counselor to see about having someone to walk with you so you can overcome this fear.</p>
<p>NOTE:  If you ended up with a score that is lower than you’d prefer, don’t panic.  This “test” isn’t the final word on your life.  It’s just a snapshot of where you happen to be right now.  Nearly everyone has struggled (or does struggle) with the fear of rejection to some degree.  But God doesn’t want us to spend our lives seeking the approval of others.</p>

If you score was:

41-50:  Congratulations! You are virtually free from the fear of rejection.  You have a healthy view of yourself as accepted and loved by God.

25-40: Good! You have a very small fear of rejection.  It may be only certain situations that cause you trouble.  However, it is likely that a good number of your decisions are made to minimize our chance of being rejected.  Remember that true acceptance comes from God, not friends or parents.

15-24: You have a high fear of rejection.  Your emotional lows will almost always be a result of your fear of rejection, or the belief that you have already been rejected in some way.  Nearly all of your decisions are designed to help you win the approval of others.

0-14: You have an overwhelming fear of rejection.  Experiences of rejection fill your memories.  You probably have feelings of depression often.  If this is the case, you should talk to a parent or counselor to see about having someone to walk with you so you can overcome this fear.

NOTE:  If you ended up with a score that is lower than you’d prefer, don’t panic.  This “test” isn’t the final word on your life.  It’s just a snapshot of where you happen to be right now.  Nearly everyone has struggled (or does struggle) with the fear of rejection to some degree.  But God doesn’t want us to spend our lives seeking the approval of others.

What is God’s promise to you?
I tell you the truth, whoever hears what I say and believes in the One who sent me has eternal life.  That person will not be judged guilty but has already left death and entered life.(John 5:24)
Why do you think God promised you this great gift?
All have sinned and are not good enough for God’s glory, and all need to be made right with God by his grace, which is a free gift.  They need to be made free from sin through Jesus Christ.(Romans 3:23-24)
